M3 groups
Me and Three Groups (M3 Groups for short) are FCC Kokomo's primary vehicle for ongoing spiritual growth. We believe that this growth happens best in the midst of authentic, ongoing relationships that have the expectation of shared accountability and the intentional discipleship of others. Each group is sex specific, with 3-5 total members, and agrees to meet a minimum of two times a month. We also encourage each group to have an "open chair" policy, so they can intentionally invite others into a discipling relationship. When a group reaches max capacity, they are encouraged to branch out in order to involve even more people in life-giving relationships.

Flexibility
M3 Groups offer more flexibility than traditional small groups. Between work, extra-curricular activities, school, and blended family units, it is difficult to remain committed to regular gatherings in today's world. However, with a decreased size, each group has increased opportunity to determine their own meeting schedules.

Accountability
M3 Groups are an opportunity to experience a depth of relationship that is rare in our culture today. With a smaller group of individuals, higher levels of trust and sharing are encouraged. We believe that all spiritual growth starts at a place of discomfort, and these gatherings are a great place to get uncomfortable!

Intentionality
In order to be devoted to the Apostles teaching, our M3 groups encourage Bible study in this micro group format. Whether the M3 pursues deeper study of the past week's message or finds a study that is specific to the needs doesn't matter. What matters is that those in the group have the flexibility to be in God's Word together!
